They were fast, efficient, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They completed the job in a timely manner and even took the time to explain everything that they did. Highly recommend Toms Property Maintenance for any of your soffit & guttering needs!

Great service great workmanship great price Would recommend

Responded quickly to replace damaged gutters. First class work and service at a fair price Highly recommended for any roofing work

Would definitely recommend Tom. Quickly fixed an issue that we had with our gutter and drain. Repairing it so it wouldn’t happen again. He also cleaned up everything before leaving.

Knowledgeable and efficient in cleaning and repairing my gutters. Prices were fair, having received quotes from multiple other companies, Tom’s roofing company was amongst the cheapest prices. Would recommend to others

Had a problem of moss clogging the downpipe so gave Tom a call told him the problem and showed him what I ment he gave me a quote very reasonable and said he could do it the next morning very professional and knowledgeable will use again if needed and will recommend to anyone in the future

I’m so pleased to have found Tom. He communicated well, came when he said he would (on a Sunday, no less – now that’s dedication!), worked efficiently, did a great job, and charged a reasonable price. What more could you ask for, really?

Toms Property Maintenance does great work and are very responsive. Tom came out with a couple workers and fixed our leak and our gutter that had come loose. I recommend them if you are in need of a new flat roof!

Best roofer in Bristol wouldn’t use anyone else
