I can’t recommend Tom and his team highly enough. Firstly he answered my call, unlike others and promptly attended the property. He is very knowledgeable and explained the situation clearly. His quote was reasonable. The whole project was very well organised and I was kept informed of the progress. All the rubbish was taken away – fantastic! It was a pleasure to have Tom’s Roofing & Property Maintenance working at my home.

A massive thank you to Tom and his team!!!! Our roofed collapsed and we had to evacuated immediately. Tom and his team took it in their stride and had us back in our home with a complete new roof withing 6 days. It looks amazing and we can’t belive how hot our house is now We couldn’t recommend Tom’s higher P.s if any of toms future clients are more than welcome to come and take a look at there work clean tided very professional Thank you guys Carlo & Family Avon Lodge keynsham

Tom was very quick to respond to my request for an assessment of my mother’s roof as she had noticed an ingress of water through the ceiling. Her roof had not been replaced for 67 years and was beyond repair. Tom’s quote for a full roof replacement of tiles and felt was reasonable and also included repointing the chimney. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently within a week of my acceptance of his quote to a very good standard. Tom kept me informed throughout of progress and I would be very happy to use him again and to recommend him to others. Thank you Tom.

Toms Property Maintenance does great work and are very responsive. Tom came out with a couple workers and fixed our leak and our gutter that had come loose. I recommend them if you are in need of a new flat roof!

Cant fault the work very pleased with job will recommend to my freinds

Great service great workmanship great price Would recommend

I’m so pleased to have found Tom. He communicated well, came when he said he would (on a Sunday, no less – now that’s dedication!), worked efficiently, did a great job, and charged a reasonable price. What more could you ask for, really?

Tom has helped me out a couple of times now. First I needed repair work done on damaged parapet wall. I got a few quotes, but felt Tom was more knowledgable and more helpful than the other roofers I spoke with. I couldn’t be happier with the work Tom did – it looks great and has completely resolved the water ingress! The second time I had a slipped tile causing water to leak into the room below. I messaged Tom on the Friday night to see if he could help out and he came round first thing the next morning to take a look and had the tile fixed and secured before the rain came the next day! I’d highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofer at a reasonable price.

This was an emergency call out on a Sat. for a blocked gutter, and Tom’s was the only company that would come out.He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it,for which we are very grateful.I would certainly recommend his firm, and would definitely use him again.
